2. The service
Movioo provides software that helps Shopify merchants generate product videos from existing product images and publish those videos back to product pages. The service may include subscriptions, credit-based usage, batch workflows, publishing tools, and related features that we update from time to time.
3. Accounts and store connections
- You must provide accurate account and store information.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must keep login credentials and store access secure.
- We may suspend or restrict accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
4. Subscriptions, credits, and billing
- Access to certain features may require an active subscription or available credits.
- Credits are consumed when you use generation workflows according to the pricing model presented in the product.
- Subscription pricing, included credits, and add-on packs may change over time.
- Unless stated otherwise, subscription charges renew automatically until cancelled.
- Refunds, resets, rollovers, or credit adjustments may be governed by the plan terms shown in the product at the time of purchase.
5. Your content and permissions
You retain rights in the product images, store data, and other content you submit to Movioo. You grant Movioo the limited rights necessary to host, process, transform, generate outputs from, and publish that content in order to operate the service for you.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service unlawfully or in a deceptive manner.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or misuse the service.
- Do not use the service to create content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
7. AI and output disclaimer
Movioo uses automated and AI-assisted workflows. Generated outputs may vary in quality, accuracy, or suitability. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, distributing, or relying on them commercially.
8. Third-party services
Movioo may depend on third-party platforms and providers, including Shopify, infrastructure providers, billing providers, and AI service providers. We are not responsible for downtime, policies, or changes made by third-party services outside our control.
9. Intellectual property
Movioo and its software, branding, interface, and related materials are owned by Movioo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, create risk for the platform, or use the service in a way that could harm other users, third parties, or Movioo itself.
11. Disclaimers and limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free outputs, or specific commercial results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Movioo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after such updates means the revised Terms apply to your future use.
